Exchange / Returns Policy

  • Any claim by the Buyer regarding the goods shall be filed within seven (7) working days after the goods have been delivered to the factory. 

 

  • Refunds are not allowed. Any exchange of goods is subjected to approval from the management. Goods that have undergone secondary processes (coating, sanding, installation, etc) will not be accepted for exchange. 

 

  • If Buyer ordered the wrong items and request to return goods, a 20% surcharge on the invoice amount or $30, whichever is higher, will be imposed. Buyer is required to deliver the goods back to the company in good condition, otherwise, the Company reserve the right to reject the return. 

 

  • The Company will not be liable or will compensate for any expenditure or loss arising out of any defect in the goods delivered (e.g. additional sorting costs or re-work done to the goods). The Company’s liability shall be strictly limited to replacement of any defective goods, after such defective goods have been returned.
