A minimum order of SG$300 for aluminium extrusions and SG$500 for aluminium sheets / tread plates/ mesh (excluding GST) is required for complimentary delivery to factory/ warehouse locations with forklift/ manpower for unloading.
For delivery to other areas such as residential location, job sites, commercial buildings or CBD areas, a minimum order of SG$1000 is required for complimentary delivery.
If your order is less than the stipulated amount above, delivery charges will be calculated upon check out. Alternatively, you may arrange for self-collection at our warehouse without any additional charges.
The above-mentioned delivery rates are only applicable within Singapore and excluding GST.

We strive to deliver your orders within the next working day once the order is confirmed and payment received before 11am. However, depending on the delivery location and unforeseen circumstances, delivery could be up to 3 working days upon order placement. Kindly check the order's delivery status in your myCHIP@ account to check on the estimated delivery date.
Chip Aik will make all reasonable efforts to deliver goods within the time or by the dates stipulated in quotations and sales contracts but these times and dates are given and intended as estimates.
Yes, it is possible to self-collect your items at our warehouse.

If no report or complaints are made within (7) seven calendar days upon goods delivery, it is considered that goods are in order and received in good condition.
