Any claim regarding the order must be submitted in your myCHIP@ account’s defect submission form. Such claims must be made within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the goods. Products to be exchanged/ returned should be in original condition. Goods that have undergone secondary processes (coating, sanding, installation, etc) will not be accepted for exchange.​​​​​​​

To submit report on your defective items, login to your account and select the ‘Defect Submission Form’.
Then provide details by filling all the required fields such as "Order No", "Product Code", "Delivery Order No" and the full description of the defective items by indicating the number of pieces affected. You can also upload photos(jpg) or files (doc or pdf) as a support file in the defective report submitted.
Please note that defect submission report should be made within seven (7) calendar days after the goods were delivered.
