We require our customers to create a myCHIP@ account before placing your order(s) online. This allows you to keep track of your orders, delivery and payment status.
Login to your myChip@ account by clicking the account icon at the upper right corner of the page or here. Click on the My Orders menu to track the status of your orders.
Here is what you will see:
Please settle your outstanding payment with our accounts and notify your respective Sales Account Manager / Sales Account Executive that payment has been made. Our salesperson will proceed with your order once the outstanding amount does not exceed credit limit / credit term set for the account.
Once your orders have been placed and submitted, the order status should reflect "Submitted- Confirmed". Such orders will be reserved up to seven (7) calendar days. The orders will be unreserved and cancelled if no payment has been made within that period.
Orders with the following status are not reserved.
For urgent cancellation request, please contact our sales support at +65 6292 0217. Orders with "Packed" delivery status cannot be cancelled or amended. Otherwise, it is subjected to cancellation administrative charges.
It is advised to check through your order in detail before submitting to avoid changes or cancellation.
Login to your myChip@ account and go to "My Orders" sub-menu. Under the "Confirm Receipt" column, click the "View Proof of Delivery" icon to view the file.
If the "View Proof of Delivery" icon is not available, please check back again the next working day. Do note that the Delivery status should be "Goods Delivered" before the proof of delivery is made available.
You can add more items to your cart by placing another order. If your previous order's Delivery Status does not show "Out for Delivery", call us at +65 6292 0217 so we can arrange to add the new order at the same delivery slot.
Out-of-stock items can be still added to your shopping cart. The lead time for stock to be replenished will be indicated in the shopping cart. If the lead time is acceptable, you can proceed with order submission and we will proceed the order once the item is back in stock.
You can only click on the Request for Quote button for our non-stock items. You can submit your request for quotation online and we will get back to you with a quotation. Do note that non-stock items will be subjected to a Minimum Order Requirement (MOQ).

If the goods are required urgently, you can opt for self-collection and select your preferred timeslot during your checkout. It is recommended to make payment via online methods (PayNow, bank transfer, credit card) before collection to shorten your waiting time.
Yes, Chip Aik does export to other countries. Please email us at sales@chipaik.com.sg with your order requirements and our friendly salesperson will follow up from there.
Yes, we have an option for walk-in cash sales at our warehouse office. However, it is strongly recommended that you place an order online and select self-collection. Selection of pick-up timing is advised to shorten your waiting time during pick up.
