For individual or non-corporate customers, payment is required before we process your orders and schedule for delivery.

For corporate customers, payment is required if you have exceeded your credit limit or credit terms.

Yes, it is possible. During the checkout process you can specify your billing information and choose a different shipping address. For corporate customers, the Invoice will be mailed to your billing address.

Please put in a request under your myChip@ account "Customer Enquiry" sub-menu for Credit Term application. Kindly prepare your company's ACRA BizFile for uploading together with your request.

We will require at least 6 months’ worth of order transactions before a Corporate Account is eligible for credit terms application. However, pls note that Credit Term application is subjected to further evaluation and assessment ​​​​​​​
