Powder Coating

Apart from enhancing the aesthetics of the product, powder coating affords greater protection against the direct effects of heat and water compared to emulsion spray-painting.

A one-coat system is employed by applying powder paint electrostatically and then curing it under high temperature. Powder coating is also more environmentally friendly as it does not require the use of a solvent, which releases harmful volatile organic compounds into the atmosphere during evaporation.
